We are looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented, self-starter to join our Sales Business Development Center Team. As a member of Graff Mt. Pleasant’s BDC team, you will be given the opportunity to grow your earning potential based on the satisfaction of the customers you interact with daily. Your daily interactions with our customers are the first step to getting them in the door, interacting with our sales team, and leaving our lot happy with their vehicle purchase!

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming BDC calls/emails according to script guides and schedule appointments for Sales Department; Log all customer comments and interactions into CRM tool; Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made; Contact customers using phone calls and email to schedule appointments for Sales Department; Follow-up with Sales Department on scheduled appointments; Generate emails and postcards according to contact timelines; Maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ Years of Customer Service/Sales experience. College experience preferred, but not required. Previous sales or BDC experience preferred, but not required. Must have a customer service mentality and be highly-motivated. Position requires contacting customers via phone and email daily. Training provided.

Compensation

Aggressive pay-plan based on experience, job performance and generation of business. This is a job based primarily on commission plus a base hourly pay.

Answer incoming Service BDC calls/emails according to script guides and schedule appointments for Service Department; Log all customer comments and interactions into CRM tool and DMS system; Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made; Answer incoming Service leads for OnStar; Handle Equity Mining tool for Service; Contact customers using phone calls and email to schedule appointments for Service Department; Follow-up with Service Department on scheduled appointments; Generate emails and postcards according to contact timelines; Maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.

Sales Professionals are responsible to sell new or pre owned vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring an extraordinary client experience and creating client advocates. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license with good driving record. Responsibilities

Meet dealership sales goals; Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening; Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards; Complete all paperwork accompanying vehicle sales; Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives); Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals; Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis; Keep up-to-date of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers; Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer; Maintain a prospect development system; Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business; Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively; Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products; Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the customer; Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales; Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department; Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager; Follows Safeguards and Compliance rules and regulations.

Requirements
