Customer Service/Business Development Center Representative

Business Development Center
We are looking for an outgoing, positive, goal-oriented person to join our BDC team. As a member of Graff Mt. Pleasant’s BDC team, you will be given the opportunity to grow your earning potential based on the satisfaction of the customers you interact with daily.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming BDC calls/emails according to script guides and schedule appointments for Sales Department; Log all customer comments and interactions into CRM tool; Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made; Contact customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales Department; Follow-up with Sales Department on scheduled appointments; Generate emails and postcards according to contact timelines; Maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ Years of customer service experience. Previous sales and BDC experience preferred, but not required. Outgoing, positive attitude a must. Training provided.

Body Shop Estimator

Graff Mt Pleasant Chevrolet is looking for a full-time Body Shop Estimator to join our team to contribute to our high standards in auto body work and repair excellence.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working directly with customers on their repair needs; Help prepare insurance claims and estimates; Communicates with Insurance companies regarding repair cost and process; Maintain contact with customer throughout vehicle repair process, maintaining communication regarding status of repair; Prepare and submit Warranty Claims; Reconcile and prepare final invoices that match approved estimates; Contact owner well in advance of completion to communicate when they can expect the repair to be completed.

Requirements

Potential candidates must have a valid Driver’s License, strong work ethic, organized, and strong verbal communication. Must be familiar with most direct repair programs. A pre-employment drug test is required, as well as references. Please apply in person.

Sales Professionals are responsible to sell new or pre owned vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring an extraordinary client experience and creating client advocates. Responsibilities

Meet dealership sales goals; Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening; Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards; Complete all paperwork accompanying vehicle sales; Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives); Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals; Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis; Keep up-to-date of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers; Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer; Maintain a prospect development system; Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business; Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively; Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products; Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the customer; Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales; Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department; Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager; Follows Safeguards and Compliance rules and regulations.
